I regularly teach outdoor classes in Denver. Dress for the weather, and we’ll work out together!

Outdoor Class Policies:
Classes will be held if *4 or more* people have registered by 12 hours before the class time. Registering isn't super formal: you can just email, text, or IG message me and say you're coming!
Classes will be cancelled if the air quality is in the “unhealthy” zone (150 AQI or higher).
If class is cancelled, I will alert registrants by ASAP on the day of class via email, text (if number was provided), and on my Instagram story.
Please pay when you register for class (with the exception of those planning to bring cash to class). I will happily refund your payment if you let me know prior to class that you can't make it. "No shows" will not be refunded.
I will provide my phone number to registrants so they can contact me at class time if they have any questions or issues finding the group.
